Innovative fully automatic motorized drying system.
This overhead system uses infrared technology or infrared technology combined with UV-A technology, ensuring rapid drying for painted products: maximum efficiency and minimal footprint.
Supported by special anodized aluminum rails; it allows to cover areas of various widths and depths. Thanks to its Adjustable Panels, it is possible to reach any surface or angle of the vehicle.
Thanks to numerous and precise position, temperature, and distance sensors; HELIOS is able to perfectly follow the profile of one or more vehicles, plus any components/parts positioned in the work area.
Equipped with 5 Stepper Motors for Automatic movement in Longitudinal, Transversal, and Rotational directions.
Features of the SERIES 5000 HELIOS
- TEMPERATURE CONTROL: 3 pyrometric sensors (one for each panel with independent temperature regulation and respective radiated power)
- ADJUSTABLE PANELS: adjustable panels, to best adapt to the surface to be dried. Each individual panel can be operated independently.
- TOUCH PANEL: Smart Computer with dedicated software; it allows multiple functions and customizations, from programs to work areas.
- OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: it is possible to complete the system by inserting alongside the infrared technology panels, 1, 2 or 3 UV-A Panels and/or a manual UV-A lamp kit + cable reel (Ideal for hard-to-reach areas and for spot repair), for the curing of components such as putty or primer sensitive to this technology. Furthermore, Ele.Tec. S.r.l. has patented an accessory that directs an airflow onto the area to be cured which, combined with infrared technology, further halves drying times. Remote management kit compatible with Industry 4.0.
- EMITTER TYPE: compared to traditional emitters, Ele.Tec. S.r.l. installs high-efficiency radiant elements on its systems that allow to radiate and concentrate the beam only frontally, achieving an efficiency increase of over 150% and for the same energy consumption, a saving of 35%.
